Q. How do I sign-up for up for MCL Sustainable Cleaning Solutions’ Online-Made-EZ?

- Q. Do you offer training on how to use Online-Made-EZ?
- Yes. Your account consultant is available for training or you can use our on-line training tools.
- Q. How long does it take MCL to respond to an online order?
- MCL’s ordering program is “real-time” so orders, inventory and pricing are all available immediately.
- Q. Can I modify or cancel my online order after it has been submitted ?
- No. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department at 800-430-9995 to modify or cancel your order.
- Q. Can I return product online?
- No. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department at 800-430-9995 to return an item.
- Q. Are Safety Data Sheets (SDS) available on-line?
- SDS are available on the product detail page in Online-Made-EZ and our on-line catalog.
- Q. Can I track my online orders?
- Yes. Using the Review Order link, you can view all orders for your shipping location. You can see the date it was entered, shipped and invoiced.
- Q. Will I receive a confirmation of my online order?
- Yes. An email confirmation will be delivered to the email address in your user profile.
